You acknowledge that Wild Child has promised you no compensation for the use of your name or Statement and that Wild Child is not obligated in any way to make any use of your name or Statement or to provide any acknowledgement or compensation to you for the right to use your name, Statement or likeness. You agree that Wild Child is not required to submit to you any advertisement or other materials for any approval prior to use of your name or Statement, and you hereby waive any right to inspect or approve those materials.

You hereby grant to Wild Child and its advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective representatives, agents, officers, employees, directors, licensees, successors and assigns (collectively referred to as the "Released Parties") the worldwide, irrevocable right to use, publish, display, reproduce, store and otherwise commercially exploit your name, Statement and likeness, as well as the photograph submitted by you, in all media and types of advertising and promotion of the Wild Child® Quit Nits® brand products now known or later devised or perfected. You hereby release the Released Parties from and against all claims, demands and causes of action, including, without limitation, any claims, demands and causes of action with respect to rights of privacy and publicity, in the use by the Released Parties of your name, Statement and likeness, as well as their use of the photograph submitted by you.
